Engineering is regarded as one of the toughest field where students work very hard for touching great heights for their bright future. Many colleges have been opened trough the world which has lower down the importance of the Engineering. After long time discussion it has decided that there will be a common entrance test for the admissions in the Engineering Colleges. This declaration has many advantages and disadvantages too.

First of all let’s discuss about the advantages of this big declaration. All the students will be examined at the same level which will help each and everyone that where they stands among the crores of students. The level of Engineering will be improved again as many of the private and fake institutions will find their seat empty. Common entrance test will fill the gap of discrimination between the students.
Presently, IIT-JEE exam is been conducted which is regarded as the toughest job for the students to crack it. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) provides admission to those who achieves the rank under 7,000. The students who come under extended Merit list (EML) tries for getting admission into IT – BHU. Now all these admission procedures will not be efficient from the year 2013 as the rules will be changed soon. This issue will be put forward to the ministries for the approval who will finally pass the decision.
All the National & State Engineering entrance test conducted in the different states will be closed after the approval of this issue. Many dignitaries have said that this decision will be a challenge against the ministers and they can find difficulty in passing it. Kapil Sibal is very much sure about the things which will be permanently changed form the year 2013. The students getting good score will get admission into IIT’s whereas the middle scorers will go into AIEEE. The remaining lower down scoring students will find place in the local engineering colleges.
National Engineering Admission Test (NEAT) will be like SAT , Common Entrance Test (CET) for Engineering Courses will be implemented from 2013.
